A MESSAGE FROM A KING SENIOR CLASS OF 2021

Hello incoming seniors! My name is Meredith Marta, King Class of 2021.

As a graduation senior, who has already one through the senior portrait process with Crane Song Photography, I can say that the process could not have been smoother. My family met with Hildi beforehand to go through the process of the phoot session and what outfits I should wear. Hildi helped me pick out outfits that not only would look good in photographs, but I would feel confident in. The pre-shoot zoom meeting helped me feel more comfortable and relieved a lot the anxiousness for the session.

On the day of the session, even though I had never done a professional photo shoot before, Hildi made me feel very comfortable in front of a camera. She also gave me advice and directions on posing which helped me overcome my fear of not knowing how to stand or place my hands, or what to do with my face. I also was comforted by the fact that a professional was taking my portrait and not an amateur, which eliminated so many worry factors.

The portrait reveal was such an experience. My mom and I sat down movie theatre style and Hildi projected a slide show of all of the different senior portrait options I could chose from. It was so fun with the long awaited anticipation to have the pictures be revealed n such a special way. Not to mention my expectations for how they would look were completely blown out for the park.

Overall the experience was amazing and if anyone is looking for a photographer for their own portrait, I could not think of a better company to recommend than Crane Song Photography.
